2. Collection of Personal Data
 
With a simple website visit, we only save access data in the context of log files of the server. This general data and information are not personally related. Collected may be:
  • Browser type / version
  • Operating system used
  • Referrer URL (the previously visited page)
  • Host name of the accessing computer (IP address)
  • Time and date of the server request
 
These data can not be assigned to specific persons. A merge of this data with other data sources is not performed, the data is also deleted after a statistical evaluation. For this purpose, the user's access to our web pages is stored in the server log files, including the IP address. These log files are prepared for statistical purposes on a monthly basis with an analysis software and then deleted. A conclusion to a certain person is not possible when using the data by us.

The newsletter is sent by "KundenMeister", a software solution of Koerbler GmbH, Hofweg 1, 8430 Wagna. The e-mail addresses of our newsletter recipients, as well as their other data described in these notes, are stored on the servers of KundenMeister in Austria. Information on the dispatch and evaluation of the newsletter will be collected on our behalf. KundenMeister does not use the data of our newsletter recipients to write them down or to pass them on to third parties.
 
We rely on the reliability and the IT and data security of KundenMeister. Furthermore, we have concluded an "order data agreement" with KundenMeister. This is a contract in which the customer commits itself to protect the data of our users, in accordance with its privacy policy on our behalf to process and in particular not to third parties.
 
3.5 Registration Data

3.8 Cancel
You can terminate the receipt of our newsletter at any time. A link to cancel the newsletter can be found at the end of each newsletter.

We further point out that you are the future processing of your personal data in accordance with the statutory requirements. Art. 21 DSGVO can contradict at any time. The objection may in particular be made against processing for direct marketing purposes.

Data about every access to our website are stored exclusively on servers in Austria. 7. Data storage
 
Personal data is stored for the duration of the statutory retention period. After the deadline, the corresponding data will be routinely deleted, if they are no longer required to fulfill the contract or to initiate a contract.
