About us

The Ortner Reinhard Company was founded in the year 1984 as an one-man business.

1994 the one-man business Ortner Reinhard was transformed to a Ltd. in 1994 – the ORTNER Ltd.

In the year 2007 we opened up our second operating location with our main warehouse, which has a storage capacity of 2016 m² and a 32 to crane, in 8311 Markt Hartmannsdorf in Styria.

Since August 2014 our company headquarter is exclusively at Markt Hartmannsdorf in Styria (Southeast of Austria).

At the 01.11.2015 the Ortner Ltd. changed to an one-man firm called “Reinhard ORTNER - ortner maschinen” .

Since 01.12.2021 Mr. Reinhard Ortner has handed over the company "Reinhard ORTNER - ortner maschinen" to his wife Nina Ortner due to his retirement.
The company will continue to operate under the same framework as before under
"Nina ORTNER - ortner maschinen".

We are an international company, which specialized in trading used and new machine tools for metalworking.
